Glen C. Ramsey, BCE, has been aptly named to this year’s National Pest Management Association’s list of leaders of the next generation of pest management. Glen has his Master’s Degree in Urban Entomology and could work for many different companies with this tool on his belt. He chose Active Pest Control after meeting with one of the Active Pest Control partners, Mike Tindol at a charity bicycle ride sponsored by Active Pest Control.

“I met with the Tindol family a few times, and I quickly realized my beliefs meshed well with their company culture. It felt like a natural fit, and I guess they agreed.”

Glen also states that he has become a good leader by recognizing how to teach and take care of those that you lead.
