He was very kind and patient with her. He kept me in the loop on everything. I see Chas moving quickly up the ladder with your company. We just moved to Georgia from MN. After speaking to locals we heard about roach's, which are not something we have ever experienced. My wife got pretty grossed out by the idea and started looking around. We haven't seen any signs of any but we called to get proactive measures. Eric sharp came out in 20 minutes after calling. He took his time explaining to me where roach's come from and how they enter the home. We never knew, we thought they came from people living a dirty life style. He even took the time to teach us all the different pests the south have any holy crap there is a lot. So instead of moving back to MN we are going to have quarterly spraying. Eric was a stand up guy and seems very competent. We will be calling him directly if we have any issues in the future. He's also jacked which reminded me its arm day at the gym hahaha

Gregory, our Aptive service tech, texted that he was on the way. When he arrived, we explained the problem areas we had and the pests we were concerned about. He listened carefully and did an excellent job explaining his treatment process thoroughly. We were very pleased. Five stars to Gregory and five stars to Aptive …highly recommend.

Called nextgen to do a follow up and they sent out my guy Ty! He came on my schedule and went over and beyond to spray for bugs. Also a pleasure working with him.

The team that came to do the initial service on the house was prompt and very professional. They did a thorough inspection and closed off several entry points where the rodents were getting in. They gave me a detailed explanation of what they had done and why. I was very impressed and pleased with the work that they did.
