How much does pest control service cost with Active Pest Control?
Our pest control service plans are designed to scale with your needs, typically ranging from $35 to $80* per month.
An Active Pest Control team member will put together a customized monthly plan that takes services provided, current pest activity, area you’re in, and size of your property into account.
What’s included in a monthly pest control plan?
Our monthly service plans include ongoing protection and monitoring delivered by our trained, certified technicians.
Depending on your exact plan, services cover common Georgia pests such as: ants, cockroaches, spiders, rodents, and more. We’ll customize your plan to make sure you get the protection you need. Covered pests are determined in your specific plan, and some limitations may apply.
Our plan also includes free callbacks between visits if needed. So if you see pest activity increase again after about a couple of weeks, give us a call right away. And if you wish to have the inside of your space treated, let us know. We apply interior treatments upon request.
Can you customize a pest control plan?
Yes! Our general pest control plans are fully customizable to deal with seasonal pests, specific recurring issues, or provide ongoing protection.
What are my payment options?
We offer three ways to pay for services: online bill pay (with a self-service portal), automated phone payments, and through our customer service team. You can make payments on a monthly or annual basis: whichever is more convenient for you!
- We accept all major credit cards (Amex, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover).
- Payments can also be automatically withdrawn from your bank account.
- We also accept checks, just please write your customer number and invoice number in the memo line. Also note that payment applications may be delayed seven to ten days.

How often should I get pest treatments?
Since pests of all kinds are active each season, we recommend getting treatments at least every three months. In Georgia, you really need year-round protection!
Our experts can help you determine the right treatment frequency based on your property, location, and specific pest pressures.
Do you offer free inspections?
Yes, we can provide free inspections before service begins. When you speak to a Active Pest Control team member, they can give you a general quote over the phone. One of our experts can also assess your property and give you accurate service pricing tailored to your specific pest control needs.
Can I get a one-time treatment (instead of a monthly plan)?
While our monthly service plans offer the best long-term protection and value, we do offer one-time treatments. Just give us a call at 770-954-9941 or fill out our contact form here, and we’ll discuss your options!
Do my family members and I need to leave my home during a pest control treatment?
In most cases, you and your family can remain inside during our treatments. However, for certain treatments, such as for bed bugs, fleas, or German cockroaches, you may be asked to vacate for a little while.
Your technician will always provide clear instructions before any service for your safety and comfort.
Should I just get rid of pests myself?
While DIY pest control might seem like an easy, cheap fix, it often only addresses the surface of the problem. Store-bought products can be ineffective against established infestations, especially if they’re not used correctly.
