Active Pest Control has done a great job of protecting my home from pests. Shaun Singley is the technician that treats my home and has done outstanding job. He’s professional and keeps me informed of any areas of concern he may notice during his inspections.

Thanks Bryan for your continued awesome service as my technician. I appreciate you communicating with me when you arrive and asking if there’s anything you need to specifically concentrate on. I know German cockroaches are hard to control. My parents house got a bad infestation. We started seeing them in our house several weeks ago. Active Pest control came out and did an initial treatment.They sent Daniel out to do another treatment. He did a very good job. We only saw 2 after about 3 weeks. After we saw them he came right back out and did another treatment. I would say that he knocked them out pretty quick. We are very happy with the results!!

We have been customers for over 25 years. In that time, we have met many technicians. Yesterday we met Gabriel Holley. We were very impressed to say the least. He was extremely knowledgeable, answered all of our questions and was the hardest worker we have seen to date. We don't give recommendations, but this person was above and beyond. If he is available next year, he is the one we want! 5 stars to Mr. Holley.

Always a great visit when they service the property, Merced Cruz is a great tech and if you can request him, do! Very thorough and transparent with his explanations of what he is replacing, how it looks, etc.

Greg is a pest control expert and very professional. He taught me some things and went into our attic and garage. Usually we only treat the exterior, but today we had to treat for silverfish, moths and the usual roaches. We have some bait traps and powder was spread. Great service from Greg.

He is very professional and always on time. Extremely friendly and concern about keeping our pest control under control.

Jacob (service tech) is excellent. Very detailed, ask all the right questions and then explains what he is going to do to resolve them. Once finished he then follows up making sure there is nothing else to address. I would highly recommend him!
