Terrance came out today for my annual inspection. He called ahead and let me know everything was okay before he left. Great service!

Please check out my review on Yelp!! Had Jason who really cares about his job and takes pride in his work.. He always seems to go that extra mile when he services our home.. I just saw him with a 5 foot brush remove spider webs in my courtyard. Hate roaches and since he has been serving our home I haven't seen a single one. Acctive has some kind of spray that they do outside your home, and the roaches steer clear of it!! So actually don't have to be home, but if you want a tech to come inside, its no problem. Jason has been doing Pest control more thaan 20 years! He can tell you more about bugs, than anyone would like to know..Wishing Active to use Jason as an example for other techs strive to be.

Nate was very professional. He called ahead of time, giving me an opportunity to go unlock the fence gates before he got here. In the past I’ve had someone show up with no notice, and therefore no way to access the backyard with no one home. So I appreciate the heads up call and besides, it’s just the right way to do business in general.

I love Active! So glad that I remained a customer after the transition from Allgood. I am in the Tucker area and absolutely love my technician TOMMY! Excellent customer service, very knowledgeable, and always on time! Just a great guy. And I had the pleasure to meet the manager, SAM, and he is fabulous too! Asked if there was anything that he could do to make the company better, and I told him to keep doing what they’re doing! Active definitely has the customer in mind and that is very appreciated. Bill Morrison was the technician who served me above his required duties. He so graciously offered to help me with my furnace filter in addition to inspecting the crawl space. Thank you, Bill!!

I just wanted to give a shout out to Lee Lewis, our service tech. Lee has been taking care of our home for years now and he's like one of the family. Always leaning forward, polite, and thorough. A great representative for your company!

Just looking for a job

Had our annual termite inspection yesterday and I couldn't have been more pleased with the technician, Jennifer Duke. She came to the door and had a few questions and told me what she was planning to do during her inspection. When completed she came and gave me verbal reports and said I'll receive the email report shortly. She was pleasant and personable and leaves a great impression for Active Pest Control. I own a service-related business and I know what first impressions mean. Job well done Ms. Duke!

Score Patience as a five (out of five). Not only did she perform our regular service in her usual outstanding, professional way on Saturday, 04/13/2024, she took the time to advise us on an 'inside' weevil problem as well as a meal moth problem.

I don't remember the name of my service tech but I want to let it be known that he was very good and i rate him high on any chart.

My property was serviced by Louis and was satisfied with his customer service as usual. He is friendly and always professional in doing his job and is an excellent representative to the company.

Billy Stone takes such great care of us! He made special trips to help us get rid of the bane of our kitchen...ants! He goes above and beyond in service and is very kind, too!

An appointment was available the next day after I called. The technician Derrick arrived during the agreed-upon time frame and carefully assessed and treated my home’s current pest control need. He was very respectful, and he patiently answered all my questions.
