I recently discovered termites eating the floor by my back door—in my five-year-old house! Naturally, I went a little bonkers. 😅 After doing plenty of research, I scheduled consultations and estimates with five different companies.

In the end, I chose Active Pest Control because they offered not only the best service but also the best price. Robin, the sales rep, was knowledgeable, patient, and professional. The technicians, Jon and Phong, were impressive. They installed termite bait stations (not just monitoring stations) every 10 feet or so, drilled and treated under the damaged patio door area, and trenched around the entire house. They used a truck with hose and chemical to treat the trench, then covered and treated the top layer as well. A special shout out to Jon especially for his reassurance throughout the process as i hovered around, asking questions, while the work was being done.

I couldn’t be happier with their work and professionalism. I highly recommend Active Pest Control to anyone dealing with termites or similar issues. Huge thanks to the whole team! He is always very polite shows up on time and does a very thorough job. Since he has been on service here, we have not had any insect problems whatsoever. With The Exceptions of mosquitoes. He does his very best.

William Morrison is the best termite inspector. He's been inspecting my house for the past 3 years at least and knows his stuff. Super great dude. However Im not sure what I get with my termite bond as its a legacy bond, but as long as I don't have termites thats fine!

This service was the annual termite renewal warranty. Bill did a thorough inspection for signs of termites. He is informative and did a great job. I am pleased with active pest controls services, but their prices have risen significantly in the past few years.
