David from Active Pest Control did a truly outstanding job during his recent visit to our home. He was kind, respectful, and incredibly thorough—everything you’d hope for in a service professional.During the inspection, David found active termites in one of our bait stations, which understandably could have been alarming. But he took the time to walk me through exactly what was happening in clear, calm, and well-informed language. He explained how the system is designed to work, what the termites were doing, and why the station was actually doing its job perfectly. He even described the biological process of how the bait affects the colony in a way that made complete sense.I also appreciated that, while he was efficient, he didn’t overly rush the appointment or just check a box and move on. He carefully and diligently checked each station, made sure everything around the house looked good, and explained what to expect next. It was clear he knew his stuff and took pride in doing the job right.You can tell when someone genuinely cares about doing a great job, and David absolutely fits that description. If you’re looking for termite protection and want peace of mind, ask for David—you’ll be glad you did.

I love this service, I feel like I am working with the best exterminators in the business. Mr. Lee is our family technician, he is an excellent exterminator. We have had major bug problems on the property, threatening the house. Mr Lee has kept all those creepy crawlies away for a few years now. Active Pest and Mr. Lee make paying the small monthly bill a pleasure to pay, lol. You can't pay for peace of mind.

I can’t say enough about the AMAZING service we received from Camron spraying the perimeter of the home front and back to Shaun going under the house and taking care of the rest of the. These guys know what they are doing and very easy to talk to . They answered every question we had and we just could not be happier!! Thanks guys you’re the best !!

My termite technician, David made contact with me the day before to confirm the appointment & his approximate arrival time. He was through with explaining the process of checking the bait stations. There were a couple missing that he replaced as well. I’m pleased with the work completed today & with David’s friendly demeanor.
