My service tech, Gregory, does a GREAT Job. He always checks in before his arrival. Want to know if there are any problems or questions. Give suggestions, if he sees something that might need adjusting.

Walter is very professional. He sent a text the morning of his visit to let me know he was going to service the baits. When he arrived, he explained the process and asked if I had any questions. When he was done, he advised of the services performed and told me who to contact if I had any issues. Overall, it was a pleasant service visit.

We've used Active Pest Control for many years and have always been very happy with the service Pauline provides. She's very friendly, always answers any questions we have, and addresses any pest or rodent issues that may arise. She is extremely detail-oriented and notices things that I may miss. Most of all, she makes sure that my concerns for my dogs' exposure to pesticides are always addressed. That's the most important thing to me and she is very caring and understanding. I highly recommend Active Pest Control (and especially Pauline!) for pest control and termite prevention.

James sends texts letting me know the day before the appointment and the day of when he’s on his way. He always has a smile on his face and is courteous and willing to help.

Today Rod examined the termite bait stations posted around the house. He explained the purpose and procedural process. During the examination he showed me the bait stations that were no longer operational, and immediately replaced them with new ones. Rod was very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He was very helpful in educating me about the pests and applicable processes. I highly recommend Rod, and Active Pest Control, for any/all potential termite pest control issues.

We have used Active Pest Control for many years now and have been very happy with their service. They spray the exterior of our home and create a barrier to prevent bugs from entering. On the rare occasions that ants get inside going for the cat food in our kitchen, we simply call them and they come right out to solve the problem in a pet-safe manner. All the technicians that have served us over the years have been friendly and professional.
